As General Manager of Tyler Oregon, Amy is responsible for leading business operations and strategy as part of the public-private partnership with the State of Oregon. She oversees the company’s team of technology professionals and is responsible for ensuring quality outcomes for government partnerships.

Amy is a veteran government technology executive with more than 15 years of experience leading similar operations for Tyler Technologies in Utah, Colorado, Arkansas, and Pennsylvania.​​

Suzanne is an experienced operations, marketing and business development professional. Driven by a desire to make government more efficient for its constituents since 2011, she takes pride in providing the best technology solutions to Oregon residents.

Outside of work she enjoys being both a human and fur mom, running, gardening and painting.​

​Karl has been with Tyler Oregon since 2018 and with Tyler Technologies since 2015. He is a strategic technology leader with over 15 years' experience leading digital projects from both a technology and operations perspective. His work includes overseeing systems that process over $440 million annually and he has managed nearly 1,000 digital government applications.

His experience in software development, infrastructure, and compliance helps partners achieve secure and cost-effective technology solutions.​​​

Matt has been with Tyler Oregon since 2015 and Tyler Technologies since 2012. Prior to that, he was employed by State government for over five years, giving him a unique insight into the ​daily life​ and challenges of state government projects.​

​​Matt partners with government agencies to build ​accessible, performant, effective websites and applications. Managing the Web Team, his focus is on directing design and usability standards, measuring impact, & being an effective, positive technical resource.​​​

Allan joined Tyler Oregon in 2015 as a Senior Software Developer. He has 20 years of development experience. Prior to his arrival, Allan worked in E-commerce and Publishing.

Allan’s workplace passion is developing high end, user-friendly applications.

Outside of work Allan enjoys motorcycling, boating and listening to live music.​​

B​rian joined Tyler Oregon in 2019 and is completing his Bachelor of Science with NIC's Tuition Assistance Program at Oregon State University. Previously Brian worked for top public and private universities in Oregon, a Fortune 500 company, and a southern Oregon medical nonprofit. His work has focused on improving ROI on IT spending with business automation and infrastructure management technologies.​

Brian’s workplace passions lie in automation, anti-fragile systems, and developing semi-autonomous data-driven infrastructure for complex environments.​​​​

​Chet joined Tyler Oregon in 2019. ​As a SharePoint developer and architect, he helps build custom SharePoint solutions to improve both the public website visitor experience, and agency staff administration of websites.

As a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in SharePoint, he brings over 24 years of diverse experience in information technology at private, federal, and non-profit organizations.​​​​

Prior to joining Tyler Oregon, he worked as a contract developer where he honed his programming skills in a diverse array of development environments. His love for creative problem solving will be in use as a member of the production support team.When he isn't working, Edward enjoys designing and playing video and board games.

Grant joined Tyler Oregon in 2019 as a member of the service desk team. Prior to joining the Tyler Oregon team, Grant worked with local businesses providing technical support to a wide variety of environments and partners. As a lifelong Oregonian, Grant brings a local perspective to the service desk team.

Grant’s focus on the customer service side of the service desk helps partners find solutions for their websites and enables him to effectively communicate the steps used to reach these solutions while his technical experience helps him assist the web team with testing and communications.​​​​​

Jim brings his range of technical experience from networking at 3Com, operating systems at Microsoft, and custom applications at ADP, to the Oregon service desk team. A native Oregonian and veteran, he works on ticket triage, user accounts, SharePoint, custom applications, documentation, and more.

When not at work or tending to the unplugged world of running a small farm, he enjoys nature photography and just tuning out the world with a new video game.​​​

He performs quality assurance and testing, as well as business analysis to help create accurate, efficient, and intuitive applications.

Jimmy has many hobbies including photography, gardening, and music.​​

Kary joined Tyler Oregon in 2015 bringing more than 20 years of development experience to bear, and has along the way employed a rich and diverse assortment of tools, from assembly, to Forth, to Java, to Python. Prior to NIC, Kary consulted for Intel, Bank of America, Verizon, JDA, and more.

Kary's workplace passion includes developing secure, performant, maintainable applications, helping coworkers solve highly-tractable problems, and introducing others to the simple but rewarding joys of buying him lunch.​​

Kendra joined Tyler Oregon ​in 2022. She has a BFA in Graphic Design and is based in Portland, OR. Prior to joining Tyler Oregon, she accumulated over a decade of experience in design as well as four years of experience in front-end development. In her work, she has a passion for succinct and accessible design. She enjoys problems solving, teamwork, and utilizing her skills to create a real difference in people’s lives. In her spare time, Kendra enjoys tea, art, board games, woodworking, gardening, camping, and hiking alongside her wife and high-energy dog.

Leif joined Tyler Oregon in 2018 and has a bachelor’s in computer science. Before joining Tyler Oregon, Leif spent 6 years as a software engineer at one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit HIT organizations, delivering technology-based healthcare solutions for Oregon’s highest at-risk populations.

Leif’s passion is to help serve ​Oregonians through digital means and continues to do this now as a full-stack software engineer on the Oregon production support team. Leif works closely with state agencies to identify, troubleshoot, & resolve urgent i​ssues, ensuring the experience Tyler Oregon can provide.​

Megan joined Tyler Oregon in 2019. Before joining the Tyler Oregon family Megan was an Operations and Policy Analyst with the state of Oregon performing policy analysis, legislative coordination, operational evaluation, and project management for government core systems.

With a passion for excellence and a people-centric focus, Megan collaborates with our government partners to design and deliver customized IT solutions that enrich and empower lives of Oregonians.​​​​

Neha joined Tyler Oregon in 2019 with an M.S. in electrical and computer engineering. She started her career as an engineer at an IT company and soon became interested in managing IT projects. She has over 10 years of experience in coordinating diverse teams, launching successful solutions, and achieving defined goals.

As a Project Manager and Business Analyst, she is responsible for planning, executing, and documenting all aspects of custom web applications for the state agencies.​

Outside of the office, Ravi enjoys playing outdoor sports including cricket and tennis, and also enjoys cooking and listening to music.​

As Business Compliance Manager, Roger works closely with the Oregon E-Government Program to ensure that Tyler Oregon meets its contract compliance obligations.​​​​​​​

Shawn Amsberry started his career in customer service as a teenager when he landed a job at a local movie theater. Fifteen years after college he returned to customer service. By promotion in a local grocery store, Shawn found he had a gift for completing the customer experience on a high note and ensure that they were happy to return the next time around.

​Shawn now exercises that gift in support of state government where he leads a team that maintains a very hi​gh degree of customer satisfaction.​​

​When not at work, Sheila enjoys exploring the outdoors with her son, gardening, painting, and Lego projects.​

As Front-end Designer and Developer for Tyler Oregon, Stephen brings together good design principles and modern web tech to create beautiful, functional, accessible websites and applications. He’s passionate about clean markup, fluid user interfaces, and reliable code.

Outside of work, Stephen enjoys cooking, drawing, hiking, and gardening with native plants.

She has great experience building strong strategic partnerships with customers, and she looks forward to growing more with NIC.

She loves traveling, spending time with family, hiking & enjoying nature.​
