We've parnered with over 100 agencies and would love to partner with you on your next project
As a trusted partner of
over 100 Oregon government agencies, Tyler Oregon currently supports
-- of their services.
We'd love to partner with you on your next project to provide:
The Oregon License Directory transformed a 12-year-old system into a modern, mobile-first solution that’s accessible and usable for all Oregonians to look up state and local business licenses, permits and registrations
on any device. The system enables state and local government staff to update their licensing data, increasing the efficiency of agency staff supporting the system and improving accuracy for all the data.
This solution enables the Secretary of State’s office to support the entire state in its compliance with the HB 2643, that mandates all state and local government agencies record licenses impacting small business and
update those license details annually.
ODFW’s new licensing system integrates with the Common Checkout Page to enable the public to pay for licenses and permits online with a credit card.
Over-the-counter agent sales of licenses are logged in an online ledger system, and a weekly ACH file is sent to collect logged fees from Agent bank accounts.
The Employment Relations Board Case Management System is a custom solution that provides both agency administrative functions and public interaction including fine and fee payments. Agency staff use this to track
complaints and cases, aiding staff in meeting and reporting metrics on required timelines and milestones more efficiently.
The system was custom built to transform the agency’s paper and spreadsheet process to an entirely electronic one, significantly improving accuracy and efficiency.
Leveraging agency branding guidelines, Tyler Oregon transformed the Bureau of Labor and Industries from an inward looking website that served agency staff, to a customer focused user friendly site designed from the ground
up to meet citizen needs.
The custom built website is built upon the same templates used statewide, with unique branding for the agency.
The Department of Geology and Mineral Industries has hosted a Tsunami Safety Website for many years that teaches safety and quizzes visitors on their knowledge, producing a certificate of completion upon completion that
coast hospitality workers are required to verify with their employers. Tyler upgraded content and built a custom website solution that provided agency staff access to make updates on demand for their first time.
The knowledge quiz also presented an opportunity to build a more generic “Logic Builder” tool that is now a tool available to all Oregon agencies.
Tyler Oregon helped the Oregon Liquor Control Commission transform a paper permitting process for liquor service permits and testing. This custom solution provides online application, payment and test submission for more
than 50,000 permit applicants a year. The testing functionality removed multiple formats of paper based testing by various education providers, streamlining agency validation and grading of test results.
The system also enables permit holders to download a copy of current permits for employer validation on demand, removing the need to request and pay for replacement permits by mail or fax.
We'd love to work on a project with you!
